What is the Restart project about? 

This project is about a total transformation. A new beginning, whether after a long break, hard times, painful decisions, burnout, loss of a loved one or any injury. I like to compare this project to the mythical Phoenix rising from the ashes. 

Thanks to this project, I would like to focus on regular exercise, including a tailored diet. Together, we will focus on exercise, quality food and mindset. 

We will draw a thick line behind the difficulties in the past and move forward with a positive attitude. 

What can you expect from Restart? 

My main goal is for you to improve your movement, gain muscle mass, achieve fat loss with a high-quality and long-term sustainable diet and gain more energy, self-confidence and, perhaps, a smile on your face. 

Your joy is my joy. And this is always the greatest if I perceive that the cooperation makes sense and we have a common goal of success. 

How to set a goal? 

Goal setting is the drive that drives you forward in life and helps you keep the helm when things don't go as planned. 

The goals can be different. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, run a marathon, run the finish line of a Spartan race, climb Sněžka, start hardening or just find the meaning of life. 

I don't claim to be a magician, but I will do my best to help you with your dreams. As I tell my clients: "I am only a guide who can support you and help you achieve your goals. But only if you yourself are determined to change your life for the better." 

Why is the project successful? 

The combination of a high-quality diet and regular exercise has a far greater effect than just exercise or monitoring the diet alone. A balanced diet speeds up regeneration, improves sleep and helps with the weight loss process. 

Exercise helps to lose fat faster and gain muscle mass. Regular exercise reduces the amount of stress and thanks to the release of endorphins, our mental well-being also improves. 

Who is Restart suitable for? 

For everyone who is determined to work on themselves physically and mentally. 

A final word: 

None of us is or will be perfect, but each of us can be the best version of ourselves for ourselves and for those around us.

From zero to Spartan:
I went to Vláď with the aim of doing something with my physique, and thus fulfilling my dream - to conquer the Spartan race. Succeeded! I found a trainer with whom we sat down in person and with whom we took my fitness to a high level. Vláďa adapts to the needs of the trainee, willingly explains everything, sets up a tailor-made training plan and is happy to chat about common topics. Now I have the 3rd Spartan race waiting for me.
